Benefits for Network Administrators
TruVizion gives network administrators instant access to real-time information about the status and health of the network. Instantly see a summary of important data elements organized by port, such as:

- Bandwidth Utilization
- Authentication Attempts

- Packet Errors
Mapping features allow you quickly render a geographic visualization of the network and areas of trouble. Display all the modems on a specific port, or use the Modem map pane to narrow results to the 25 modems that are geographically closest to the customer modem being reviewed.
The map shows out-of-spec and offline modems, and all map pins are clickable so that users can view customer info and RF levels, as well as compare the levels to the current customer. This additional detail makes it even easier for network administrators to identify network-wide issues and plan truck rolls more efficiently.
